69 years together, in a marriage with difficulties, yes, but full of happiness, commitment and companionship
It is indeed with great joy in our hearts that we celebrate our parents' 69 years of marriage. We could deny complete happiness, because we lost our brother José Maria Barros since 2009, and I last year. God spared my life, but despite all that, we only have to thank God for the communion, joy and health of our parents and our family. It is therefore blessing upon blessing for our lives. We know that not everyone has the privilege of celebrating so many years of marriage, but to God all the honor and glory, because the destiny of our lives belongs to Him alone.
Gratitude, Gratitude to our heavenly father.

We thank our family for all the support during all these years and if we could add anything, it would be the happiness with which we live as a united family and are always grateful for everything that God has allowed. My sister Nina, and Elisa may God reward you for all your time and persevering patience in caring for them both in Florida and here in Pawtucket. May God reward and protect them throughout their lives.
May they be an example to all other couples and may God give them more years of life to celebrate together, today 69 and next year 70, until the consummation of their years of life that God has given them here on Earth.
To our God all honor and glory.
