Soraia, as she is known by all, told Inforpress that she had this gift since she was a little girl and has always done a little of everything, but the raw material, which is the essential, does not collaborate in her creations.

According to this young woman, until now she has been depending on the sisters who live abroad who send her some material, but the quantity is not enough to experiment and then produce to sell.

Experience, because, as he said, he never had the opportunity to do or participate in any arts training, but he is perfecting himself with videos he sees on the internet and with that he produces kits for birthdays, upon requests from customers and friends, he has also done it experience with resin, 3D pen and white glue cement.

With the small amount of material he managed to get, he has been making key chains, accessories, vases and plaques with names, among other products that, after the experiment phase, produce a piece according to the customers' desire, but that it is not possible to produce in large quantities.

His biggest wish is to open a space and dedicate himself to the arts in the period after his first job, as a way of feeding his passion for handicrafts, but also to be able to offer the people of Brave quality products that are different from those they find ready-made in the store. .

Well, as he explained, if someone wants to offer a person a product made with resin or a 3D pen, they have to order it on the other islands where these arts are made, using models they find on the Internet.

But, he continued, with local production, customer satisfaction is different, as they have the possibility to closely monitor the process and also work on the finishing process and details.

Asked about the steps she intends to take to establish her business and dedicate herself to artistic production, Soraia said that for now she has to wait for the sisters to send her the products, but that it has to be when the cargo ship arrives from the United States of America. .

Well, he summarized, it is not possible to place orders and send them by the Post Office, since the price is already high and with the shipping fees at the Post Office it would be another cost that is not worth it.

Meanwhile, he continues to produce party kits at the request of the customers, a job he makes with eva paper, boxes, filters and paints, among other materials that are more accessible on the island, with which he makes 3D numbers, candy holders and Barbie dollhouses, among others.

About a possible training in the area of arts and artistic production, he advanced that he has already tried to enroll in some online courses, but the biggest obstacle is also the lack of material to do these trainings, reinforcing that in some the raw material they use is resin and does not get enough to attend the complete course.

However, he made it clear that he will not give up with the faith that one day he will be able to organize himself and with more support to have a sufficient amount of materials to make his creations and offer customers a quality product produced on the island of Brava.
