The fire, which broke out on the evening of March 26, devastated countless businesses, leaving many shopkeepers without their livelihoods. Smoke was still hanging over the ruins when the first gestures of support began to arrive, demonstrating the strength of the community spirit that pulses at the local level and in the vast diaspora.

Armando Madeira, known for his social work and philanthropy, was one of the first to mobilize. Touched by the plight of the victims, Madeira did not hesitate to offer financial assistance, allocating a significant amount to help rebuild the affected businesses. "It is a time for unity and mutual support," Madeira told Bravanews, expressing his solidarity with the shopkeepers and their families.

John Miranda, another prominent name in the US music scene, also joined the relief effort. With a history of involvement in social causes, Miranda contributed financial resources and made himself available to help coordinate actions to support the victims. "We cannot remain indifferent in the face of this tragedy," said Miranda, emphasizing the importance of community unity to overcome this difficult time.

Valdir Macedo, a well-known figure among Bravense residents living in the US, also expressed his solidarity with the affected shopkeepers. Macedo allocated a portion of his resources to help with the recovery of businesses and promised to seek other forms of support from his contacts and partners.

In addition to cash donations, Madeira, Miranda and Macedo proposed joining forces with other volunteers to organize fundraising campaigns to meet the immediate needs of victims.
