The guarantees from the (un)Government and the concessionaire that everything and everyone would sail through these waters and channels like a perfect Swiss watch was only for the unwary!! Fulfillment of the clauses, nor “flaça” (5 ships, regularity and safety)!

Technical bankruptcy and installed chaos!! Islands without ship stops!! Now the (un)Government will buy the ships!! Deteriorated or lost loads!

The Concession Monitoring Commission, as always, preferred to sleep soundly! The collection of debts to the State for all this and even defaults by the concessionaire was insistently processed until part of the claim was paid. True!!!

Go there!! Accept to tell the truth and apologize to citizens. We have that right.

Especially the citizens of Brava, São Nicolau and Maio!!

It began by saying at the beginning that the ships that secured the islands were old and did not serve at all.

Someone from the Government convinced, however and lightly, the indigenous shipowners to join the CVI, as partners.

The existing ships, the silver of the house, which were said to be useless, were rounded up and the CVI took off with them.

The cleverness of the “Columbus egg”! Even with old and broken ships we know how to do better than “criolage”!

Deficient management and control options later made the CVI enter a crisis. It wasn't Covid-19. Then they dismissed the house ships on their own initiative without coordinating with the (un)Government!!! And they had the nerve to place only the chaço “D. Tututa "!!

Praia d'Aguada”, “Liberdade” and “Kriola” were anchored in the bay!! And the islands Brava and São Nicolau without transport.

Now, on the eve of CONCESSION 2, it's time to go get the rejected ships again, repair them and make them reintegrate the CVI fleet!!
