According to the note, the company BestFly resumes this Sunday the operation with the two aircraft of its fleet.

The note informs that the disruptions that occurred were due to the existing difficulties in the supply chain and logistics, which is verified in the aviation industry at an international level and that after several efforts, personal and financial, it was possible to regularize the situation.

As for the news that the Civil Aviation Agency (AAC) would have suspended the airworthiness certificate of a BestFly aircraft, due to alleged problems with the quality and replacement of a tyre, the company rejected the security breach.

“We are informing you that the company does not agree with the information circulated in the various national media and social networks, and that BestFly, as an international aviation group, is guided by the highest standards of operational safety and excellence of customer service”, reads the note.

He recognized, however, that the last few days had caused inconvenience to the "esteemed" passengers, for which he apologized to customers for the constraints experienced during this period.

In the note, the company guarantees that the objective of TICV/BestFly Cabo Verde is, and will continue to be, as it has been since 2021, during the emergency period, to serve Cape Verde and Cape Verdeans ensuring inter-island air connectivity in a safe and sustainable.
