Brava: Grupo Amisandjon makes a “positive assessment” of the activities carried out

The leader of the Amisandjon association, which celebrates Sandjon 2020, made a “very positive” assessment of the activities carried out as part of the festival of the patron saint of the island, celebrated today.

Orlando Burgo spoke to Inforpress after handing over the Flag of Nho Sandjon to another party planner, explaining that for Christians the Eucharistic celebration is the “greatest” activity that can be done for the Flag party.

He stressed that the food and drinks were not carried out due to the pandemic of the new coronavirus, being necessary to follow the recommendations and restrictions announced by the Ministry of Health and also the guidelines of the Government.

“We did the bare minimum, with the hoisting of the National Flag in Cutelo Grande the day before, the day before, and today”, said Orlando Burgo, adding that today, they made the procession, taking the flag to the church and accompanying the procession of vehicles.

The association celebrated Sandjon 2019, together with the Baianas group, and celebrated again in 2020.
