Brava: ANAS presents Operational Plan for Waste Management on Brava Island
The National Water and Sanitation Agency (ANAS) presents, this Tuesday, the 10th, the Operational Plan for Waste Management on the island of Brava, drawn up in the light of the Roadmap project for waste in Cape Verde.
The National Water and Sanitation Agency (ANAS) presents, this Tuesday, the 10th, the Operational Plan for Waste Management on the island of Brava, drawn up in the light of the Roadmap project for waste in Cape Verde.
This project, according to a press release sent to Inforpress, is financed by the Environmental Fund of the Ministry of the Environment of the Portuguese Republic, which defines and plans effective waste systems, including the recovery of degraded areas.
Also according to the same note, this project ensures the protection of water resources, as well as the most fragile ecosystems in order to achieve greater resilience to the impact of climate change.
The plan will be presented to the Brava community next Tuesday, at 2:00 pm, in the Main Hall of the Municipality of Brava.
