Brava/: Carnival group Riba D'Ora is the winner of Carnival 2025

According to the results of the Carnival tabulation released, the Riba D'Ora carnival group won the title and most of the prizes.

In statements to Inforpress, the leader of the Riba D'Ora group, Mariza Silva, said that she was very happy about the event, as this was the third time the group had taken part and this year they managed to win.

"I'd like to thank everyone who took part in this festival, it's the group's victory and we've worked hard for it," she said.

For her part, the leader of the group Amigos de Cova Rodela, Carolina Silva, stressed that she was pleased with her group's performance, but stressed that the prize for best Queen was wrongly awarded, given that her group's was much better.

"The other group was more than an hour late and I think that should be given weight, the judges didn't judge them well. I also think that the judges shouldn't remain anonymous, since in a competition the participants should know who will be judging," he concluded.

The public, on the other hand, gave a positive rating to this year's King Momo party, considering that Carnival was more competitive than in previous years, given the emergence of yet another official group.
