Another trainee, Brandino Gomes, intends to open a car wash company on the island, bearing in mind that there is no such business on Brava and, from the training, he considered that he came out qualified in terms of managing his business, his money , how to start your company and make some profit from the business.

From now on, he intends to look for support to open his business, but also to prepare a fund to be prepared for any eventuality.

On his turn, councilor Mário Rodrigues, responsible for Education, Training and Youth at Brava City Council, highlighted that over the two weeks of training the 18 young people were working mainly on business plans, in order to further develop the your ideas for self-employment.

According to this official, this training was given in a partnership between the IEFP and the city council, benefiting young people from different locations on the island and that the plans drawn up over these two weeks will be submitted to evaluations by the trainer and the IEFP, to see the viability and the possibility of supporting with the allocation of kits.

Asked about upcoming training offers for young people on the island, Mário Rodrigues said that six new training actions for Brava in different areas would soon be announced, through the IEFP in partnership with the city council.

But, he recalled that for them to be implemented, the participation of young people is necessary, considering them the target audience for these training courses, expecting a “strong engagement from them in order to seize these opportunities”.
