The football coach, who gave a workshop in the city of Nova Sintra on “Leadership and management of high-performance teams” aimed at leaders of institutions, companies and sportspeople on the island, as part of the festivities for the Municipality Day and the patron saint , São João Baptista, highlighted that it is necessary to work on some “important” pillars to achieve the objectives set.
Assertive communication, team management, leadership in sport and team spirit were themes analyzed in the workshop, in which the technician conveyed the message related to team management, highlighting that those with “great results” must have “a certain types of behavior and attitudes.
“High performance teams are formed by ordinary people, who do extraordinary things, have a winning spirit, stimuli, mutual help, clear objectives and energy every day at the top, to achieve extraordinary results”, said Lúcio Antunes, remembering that is easy.
At the meeting, Lúcio Antunes showed what must be done to achieve “extraordinary results”, namely the question of attitude, organization and leadership, stressing that everything depends on each one, in particular, with their energy, focus, goal and objectives.
