Brave consumer complains about the quality of cement purchased from the local supplier
Nova Sintra, December 28, 2023 - Ideal Penha, resident in João da Noly, contacted the media, in addition to posting on their pages, a formal complaint regarding the quality of the cement recently purchased from the local supplier. The consumer claims to have found problems, such as hardened cement, out of date and torn bags.
Ideal Penha, when expressing his dissatisfaction, highlighted that the quality of the cement purchased did not meet his expectations. He stated that he found several bags of the stoned material, which compromised the efficient use of the product. Furthermore, he mentioned that some bags were visibly torn, which raised concerns about the integrity of the cement.
“I bought poor quality, “cold” cement and some bags were still ajar, clearly showing that the weight was not the same, and the person responsible did not make any discount in relation to the broken bags ,” he said.
In turn, the person responsible for selling the establishment, Mrs. Aldina Couto, responded to Ideal Penha's allegations. She vehemently denied the accusations, stating that the establishment maintains strict quality standards and would not sell products that were not in adequate condition.
Aldina Couto highlighted that, if there is any dissatisfaction on the part of the customer in relation to the products purchased, the store is willing to make the exchange, always aiming for consumer satisfaction. She emphasized the commitment to offering quality products and assured that all necessary measures will be taken to resolve the situation.
