Brava: Population of the island should elect Francisco Tavares for the 2020/2024 term

City of Nova Sintra, 30 August 2020 (Bravanews) - All data collected on the ground, in more than 15 locations on the island of Brava, point to the election of Francisco Tavares, for the chair of the Town Hall, mandate 2020/2024.

In a data collection job, and not a poll as conventionally known, Bravanews is in possession of information that makes the election of Francisco Tavares, President of the City Council in the coming years for sure.

Naturally, this data will be updated closer to the October 25th election, after the electoral campaigns have entered the real field.

According to the information in Bravanews' possession, Tavares had only lost in Furna, Faja D'Agua, Baleia, Cachaço and Cova Joana, winning in Mato Grande, João da Noly, Cova Rodela, Lem, Nova Sintra, Santa Bárbara, Nossa Senhora do Monte, Campo Baixo, Belém, Mato and Lomba Tantum.

With more accurate data, in João da Noly Tavares he wins more than 65% of the votes, while in Furna he garners between 40 and 45% of the voters. The most expressive victory will be in Nova Sintra and Nossa Senhora do Monte.

According to the collected opinions, the many investments made, the relationship with the citizens, the low visibility of the opposition and the candidate's charisma contributed to this victory.
