Brava: Target audience of the Employment and Employability Network says it is “prepared” to create production units

The target audience of Brava's Employment and Employability Network says it is "prepared" to receive the kits and start creating units for the production and transformation of fish in groups.

Some members of the group were speaking to Inforpress at the end of a training course in associativism and cooperativism, which aimed to “instill and sensitize” trainees to introduce associative culture in their daily lives.

Sónia Baptista, one of the trainees, said that with this further training course her group now feels “prepared” to enter the job market in the fish processing area.

“With the kits, we intend to carry out our work, improve more and more, conquer the market and, over time, employ other young people, in addition to supporting the family”, said the trainee.

Before this training course, according to the same source, the idea was to work alone, as she stressed that she thought it would make more money.

But today, the idea is “different” and he came to the conclusion that in a group it is possible to have “more success”.

Nilton Pereira, another trainee, for his part, declared that with this module he learned ways to cooperate and work in a group and now transforming fishermen into a group is “the priority”.

And as a group, he added, they intend to have self-employment and self-income and offer society quality products.

Elizia da Cruz confirmed this “potentiality” of the target audience, as, according to her, it is a group that has already been attending training together for some time, and a feeling of cohesion can already be observed among them.

Hence, he reinforced, forming them in a group becomes an easier aspect.
