Brava: Brava Court sentences individuals for drug trafficking and qualified theft
The Brava District Court sentenced, this Monday, to five years and six months in prison, a male individual, for a minor drug trafficking crime and others for qualified theft.
This information was provided to Inforpress today by a judicial source, explaining that the individual was sentenced to five years for minor drug trafficking and a further six months for coercion of a minor.
The case was triggered last June when the defendant was detained by the National Police (PN) following the execution of search and seizure warrants, at his residence in the town of Lém, where a certain amount of cannabis was seized.
This Monday, six male individuals were also convicted of the crime of qualified theft, with a 19-year-old young man being sentenced to five years in closed prison and the other individuals to a five-year suspended sentence.
