Cape Verde Airports/Disgraceful! One day you are negotiating the concession on behalf of the State and the next day you are the president of the concessionaire?

I'm amazed!!! This Government has no ethics or morals to govern this country. It's shameful!!! One day you are negotiating the concession on behalf of the State and the next day you are the President of the concessionaire????

In these cases, normally, there is an impediment clause to work in the concessionary company, addressed to all involved, directly or indirectly, in the negotiations. If it does not exist, it must be created immediately to stop this immorality. Even if it is not written down, any Government in good faith and committed to ethics and good governance cannot admit, under penalty of raising, legitimately, suspicion on the negotiation process, that the one who represented it in the negotiations is the PCE of those with whom traded.

No...!!!! It's not serious and it's not worthy of a good person. Worse is that it is not the first time and, on this floor, it will not be the last time.

The opposition must unite against this attack on the morality of the state.
The Prime Minister and his Deputy must be called to Parliament to explain more about this scandal.

If the politicians are not able to remove this gentleman, the people, as the last reserve of this country's morality, must take to the streets to demand the departure of this gentleman from the PCE of Cabo Verde Airports. Shame on you!!!
