Cape Verde in 11th place in the ranking of the best African countries to live in

A new report published by Tech Report ranked Cape Verde as the 11th best African country to live in terms of quality of life. The ranking, based on the Human Development Index (HDI), evaluated several factors such as life expectancy, education and income.

The title of best African country to live in went to Mauritius, on the east coast of Africa. The small island nation impressed with its high HDI (0.802 ), comparable to that of Malaysia, and also offers beautiful landscapes, a pleasant climate, diverse economic opportunities and a high level of security.
