The Brava futsal team ended its participation in the Inter-Island Tournament with a performance that, despite being frustrated in the final minutes, did not overshadow the brilliance and greatness of the performance displayed. The team made us proud with their determination and quality on the field, demonstrating a level of play worthy of recognition.
Among several notable performances, two players stood out with exceptional performances: Dricu and Nelson. These athletes, who we had already praised as the best on the island of Brava, they confirmed their superiority during the tournament, overcoming any doubts that might have existed about their talent.
Dricu, with an impressive tally of seven goals, finished as the tournament’s second-highest scorer. His performance on the pitch was of a very high standard, reflecting not only his individual ability but also his importance to the team. Nelson, for his part, was named “Man of the Match” on one occasion and contributed significantly, scoring six goals and finishing as the third-highest scorer. Every time he entered the pitch, Nelson provided a positive and decisive response for the team.
These performances demonstrate the extraordinary ability of Brava's athletes. The next step is to consolidate these qualities with more training and organization, so that we can reach the top of inter-island futsal, both collectively and individually.
