Maria Martins gave this guarantee in statements to Inforpress, informing that the team already has two months of training to the letter and that it is motivated to participate in the Inter-ilhas de Futsal Feminino 2023 that will take place on the island of Boa Vista.

However, the coach said that they are still not 100 percent (%) sure if they will be able to travel, considering that the Braveense team's trip was initially scheduled for this Thursday, the 25th, but was later changed to the next 28th. , with the route Brava – Praia and on the 29th, route Praia – Boa Vista.

Although with the possible dates, the same source advanced that they still do not have the respective tickets, so they cannot say whether they will be able to travel or not, also pointing out the issue of the capacity of inter-island trips at this time.

Faced with this scenario, Maria Martins maintained that the teams are preparing for this event that it is not yet known how it will take place since most of the islands are having difficulties, especially in travel.

"We still don't know which ones or how, but they will have to make changes to the calendar, because most teams cannot arrive on time if the dates are maintained", he highlighted, exemplifying that the game Fogo - Brava is scheduled for the day 28, the day the team is supposed to leave Brava.

The Inter-ilhas Women's Futsal 2023 has the motto “Futsal in the fight against breast cancer” and runs from August 27th to September 4th.

For 12 days, eight teams will be in Boa Vista, divided into three groups:

Group A: Boa Vista, Maio and São Vicente;

Group B: Santiago, São Nicolau and Santo Antão;

Group C: Fogo, Brava and Sal.
