Jardim Infantil in Mato, Brava, seeks support to provide essential education and care to children

With the capacity to care for twenty children during the school year, the school faces significant challenges due to a lack of funding and resources. With a teaching staff of three people, the institution struggles to provide basic supplies, quality food, drinking water, hygiene items and even safe transportation for students.

Local municipal assistance is minimal, leaving the school without the necessary resources to renew and update equipment, teaching materials and ensure adequate conditions for child development.

All! We are raising funds for a preschool/kindergarten school located in a third world country. The name of the school is Jardim Infantil - Manuel Xavier and Mané Sanjon. This school is located on the island of Brava. The island of Brava is located in the country of Cape Verde, also known as Cape Verde.

This school serves twenty children during the school year (10 months). The ages of the children range from three to five years old. Each child enters the program at three years of age and leaves at five years of age.

The students, the three-person faculty, and the school lack even the most essential supplies and amenities. Government assistance is minimal and there is no scope for additional funding that could be allocated specifically for the renewal and upgrade of equipment, learning supplies, quality of food/drinking water, hygiene items or even safe transportation to and from the school.
