President of CMB receives President of the Board of Directors and formalizes partnership with IMP
Brava Island, October 1, 2023 - Last Friday, the President of the Brava City Council (CMB), Francisco Tavares, received Dr. Seidi dos Santos, President of the Board of Directors of the Maritime and Port Institute (IMP) in audience , accompanied by the Executive Members, Dr. Armando Lopes and Dr. Sandra Leite, in addition to the representative at Brava, Dr. Anilton Pereira. The meeting was marked by constructive discussions and culminated in the formalization of a solid partnership between the two institutions through the signing of an Institutional Cooperation Protocol.
The meeting, which took place at the Brava City Council premises, provided an important space to address a series of topics of common interest that require the collaboration and coordinated action of the CMB and the IMP. The partnership between both entities aims to strengthen and improve several areas, including economic development, maritime security and port management in the region.
