Cape Verde’s Ministry of Infrastructure Launches Tender for Construction of New Health Center in Brava
City of Nova Sintra, September 18, 2024 (Bravanews) - The Ministry of Infrastructure of Cape Verde announced, this Monday, the launch of the public tender for the construction of a new health center on the island of Brava. Budgeted at more than two hundred thousand contos, the project aims to revolutionize the local health system, offering better conditions of care to the population.
The new structure will feature modern and fully equipped facilities that will meet the growing demand for health services in the region. The construction of the center is expected to not only improve the quality of medical care, but also contribute to the training and qualification of health professionals on the island.
The government highlights the importance of this work for promoting the health and well-being of Bravens, reinforcing the commitment to sustainable development and improving the quality of life in communities.
Proposals for the competition may be submitted until the end of next month, and the expectation is that the work will begin this year, bringing new life to the health sector in Brava.
