Brava City Council advances with the 2nd Phase of modernization at Polivalente in Cachaço, in a renewed commitment to local youth

The first phase, which was successfully completed, involved the installation of the resin floor, the construction of fences and gates, as well as general repainting, providing a more solid and modern infrastructure for the sporting and cultural events taking place at the site.

According to the city council, the second phase of the project, now underway, focuses on additional improvements that aim to improve the experience of all visitors to Polivalente in Cachaço. The main initiatives include the construction of bathrooms, modern and accessible sanitary facilities for the comfort of all users of the space, the construction of a Ticket Office / Sales Room / Lighting Control for the Sports Court, where a multifunctional structure will be erected to facilitate event management, offering dedicated areas for ticketing, product sales and lighting control for the sports court.

LED lighting will also be installed in the aforementioned sports facility, focusing on sustainability and energy efficiency.

The Mayor, Francisco Tavares, expressed his satisfaction with the progress so far and highlighted the municipal administration's continued commitment to investing in infrastructure that benefits the local community, especially young people. " The Polivalente in Cachaço is a crucial space for our community events, and we are committed to making it even more functional and attractive for everyone ," he stated.
