Brava City Council participates in workshop on inclusion in education and public spaces

One of the central points of the workshop was the need to invest in ongoing teacher training in inclusive education. Training educators is seen as essential if they are to be able to meet the diverse needs of students in the classroom, promoting a more welcoming and effective learning environment for all.

In addition to training professionals, the event also emphasized the urgency of adapting the infrastructure of schools and other public institutions in Brava. The construction of access ramps, the installation of accessible toilets and other modifications were highlighted as indispensable measures to eliminate physical barriers and ensure that pupils and citizens with special needs have equal access to public services and spaces.

Brava City Council's participation in this workshop demonstrates its recognition of the importance of inclusion as a fundamental pillar for social development.
