Pathfinders from Nossa Senhora do Monte take part in enlightening training on the ECA

During the training, the pathfinders and their leaders had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the rights and duties laid down in the ECA. Emphasis was placed on the greater protection that the statute guarantees to children and adolescents, as well as the importance of care in the upbringing of children.

A crucial point addressed at the meeting was the worrying reality of the violation of many children's rights. The training sought to make participants aware of the need to be attentive and vigilant, contributing to building a safer and more protective environment for the new generations.

The initiative demonstrates the engagement of the Pathfinders of the Nossa Senhora do Monte Adventist Church with relevant social issues and their commitment to promoting the well-being and safety of children and adolescents in their community. The training on the ECA will certainly strengthen the role of the pathfinders as agents of protection and multipliers of knowledge about the rights of children and young people.
