The representation of the artist said that Cremilda Medina will have DJ Carlos Pedro as a guest, predicting a performance full of nostalgia for the old days, to the sound of Portuguese-speaking sounds.
“It will be the first time that I will perform “Serenata” live, it will be a very special concert where I will also perform themes with which a few years ago I took my first steps in Cape Verdean nights in bars and restaurants in Mindelo… I invite you to come here relive with me the beginning of my path in music”, said Cremilda.
After “Nôs Morna” and “Amá Sem Mêde”, “Serenata”, a composition by Kaká Barbosa, is the third single from his second album, produced by pianist and music producer Fernando Andrade.
“This new album will follow the line of “Folklore”. When we started this journey, we stipulated a line, a goal and this new album does not deviate from what was idealized, it will be an album of mornas and coladeiras”, explained Cremilda Medida to Inforpress.
According to the artist, the next album will have Tito Paris as a special guest, on the theme “Nôs Morna”, a single that has already been released some time ago, but which has always been part of this album, indicating that the album will have 13 themes.
Cremilda Medina, born on the island of São Vicente, released her first album “Folclore” in 2017, also with 13 songs.
