President of the Republic hands official jersey signed by "Di Maria" to boy Cristian Gomes
The story of the boy from Ribeira de Janela who dreamed of owning an official jersey of his idol Di María spread across the internet and the media and reached Benfica and the player Di María who, through the President of the Republic, sent Christian Gomes a complete set of equipment (including shorts and socks) signed by Di María himself.
Di María reportedly saw a photo of Cristian wearing a jersey with his idol's name and number handwritten on it and wanted to make Cristian's dream come true.
