Second day of training for the Futsal Team
Today, the second day of training for the Brava futsal team took place at the Lem multipurpose room, and the absence of Djouy and Etson from the pre-selection list has generated controversy. Djouy, one of the team's most promising young talents, known for his brilliant performance in tournaments and his remarkable partnership with Drico and Maylton, is inexplicably absent from the list. Together, these three form a lethal combination in futsal, and their absence is a hard blow for fans.
With the Brava team set to travel on Wednesday or Thursday, the decision to keep the pre-selection players on the list and train for only 3 to 4 days is questionable. With so little time to prepare the team, wouldn't it be more productive to call up all 12 players and hold a more intensive training session?
The responsibility now falls to Fufuco as head coach and Nelson Odair as assistant to make the final choices. The fans are eagerly awaiting to see how this selection will be formed and how the team will perform in the Inter-Islands tournament.
The selection of the final players will be crucial and will determine whether these controversial decisions will have a positive or negative impact on the future of Brava futsal.
