Socialization Meeting of the Biflores Project – Biodiversity Conservation
The Mayor of Brava, Amândio Brito, was honored to receive a courtesy visit from the Biflores Project team, led by Director Dheeraj Jayant. The meeting aimed to strengthen ties and discuss issues relevant to sustainable development and environmental preservation on the island.
During the meeting, important topics were discussed, such as strategies for biodiversity conservation, the importance of environmental preservation and possible collaborations between the Brava City Council and the Biflores Project. The project team shared its mission, philosophy and vision, highlighting the various projects underway and the potential of conservation to promote the well-being of both people and the environment in Brava.
The Brava City Council reaffirmed its commitment to environmental preservation and demonstrated full commitment to collaborating with the Biflores Project, aiming to maximize positive impacts on biodiversity conservation and promote a more sustainable future for the entire community.
