Sporting da Brava reorganizes management and is working to resume activities – chairman

Sporting Clube da Brava has already elected and sworn in the members of the board, with a view to working to resume competitions in the next sports season, after three years of inactivity.

The information was given to Inforpress by the president-elect, Agnelo Monteiro, explaining that after the covid-19 pandemic, the team also suffered the consequences, staying out of regional competitions for three years.

Therefore, he stressed that on the 3rd of June, new members of the board were elected and, as a “big club, made up of young people with a lot of dynamics”, they will work for the club to live together with the other clubs in the sports region. .

According to this official, Sporting has a history not only at a regional level, but also at a national level, hence they are planning what would be the team's participation in the 2023/2024 football season, reinforcing that it is "a lot of responsibility".

“The management hopes to bring that factor back and that the team will once again give the population of Brave the joy that it always provided when participating in official competitions”, concluded the leader.

The sports region consists of seven federated clubs, namely, Académica, Benfica, Corôa, Juventude, Morabeza, Nô Pintcha and Sporting, however, three of these teams did not participate in the regional competitions of the 2022/2023 season.
