Hélder Brito, while acknowledging the difficulties faced, highlighted that the team is in full force and prepared for the challenge. The presence of therapist Conceição Rodrigues will be crucial in the recovery and well-being of the athletes, offering them the necessary support to achieve their best performance. With this combination of dedication and support, the team is determined to fight for medals and to showcase the excellence of swimming on Brava Island.
The National Swimming Championships start tomorrow and will run until Sunday. Expectations are high, and we are all eager to see the results and support our athletes in this important competition.
