After the end of said program in 2021, the Brava City Council managed to mobilize partnerships and resources to continue project I, “Transformation, Conservation and Commercialization of Sea Products” , benefiting 17 young people from Brava.
Last week, 25-29 September, the beneficiaries of the project had another very enriching training session with the contracted company CV QUALI to further improve their knowledge in the following areas:
Control of the production process;
Quantitative and qualitative control of products;
Determination of mass balance;
Assignment of the batch number;
Records of the production process;
Packaging and labeling of products.
At the moment, we already have healthy and quality fish burgers (different flavors), among other products available to customers for sale on Brava Island.
Place your order and help expand these products “Made in Brava”, thus contributing to the growth of this business that was designed to guarantee income for these young people.
Take advantage of this moment to thank all members of RLEE-Brava, individuals, institutions and financiers of this project for all their support.
May this business be a success for this Cooperative and the island.
