Children's Parliament - Brava Deputies take message about concerns about climate change and ask for concrete actions from national and local authorities
City of Praia, November 20, 2023 - As part of the Children's Parliament, an educational and participatory event that aims to involve young people in political and social issues, deputies Kestyn Monteiro and Giovanny Baptista, representatives of the island of Brava, were active during the activities carried out in the city of Praia.
The highlight of the participation of the Bravenses deputies was the emphasis on the message related to climate action and the importance of preserving the planet. In her speech, Kestyn Monteiro highlighted the urgent need for concrete actions to combat climate change.
